behalf of, third-party companies, agencies, contractors, or employers, and therefore under no circumstances shall it be interpreted, assumed, inferred, or implied that our organization acts as the direct employer, sponsor, or principal hiring authority for any candidate unless explicitly stated in writing through official documentation, and the user explicitly agrees and understands that all hiring decisions, including but not limited to candidate selection, rejection, salary determination, job role allocation, benefits, working conditions, contract duration, termination policies, and any other employment-related matters, are solely and exclusively determined by the respective partner company or employer, and we neither exercise control over nor assume responsibility for such decisions, and the user further acknowledges that all job-related information including but not limited to salary ranges, benefits, incentives, working hours, job responsibilities, and accommodation details are provided on a best-effort basis as received from external sources and may be subject to change, variation, delay, modification, or withdrawal without prior notice due to operational, regulatory, or business-related factors, and we do not provide any guarantee, assurance, warranty, or representation, express or implied, regarding job confirmation, employment continuity, visa approval, income level, or career progression, and the user agrees that any reliance placed on such information is done strictly at their own risk and discretion, and it is further expressly stated and emphasized that our organization does not have any direct or indirect affiliation, association, authorization, endorsement, certification, or official relationship with any government authority, ministry, department, or agency including but not limited to the Government of Dubai, UAE governmental entities, or the Government of India, and any logos, emblems, insignia, references, or visual Furthermore, the user acknowledges that all communications, whether verbal, written, digital, or implied, made by our representatives are intended solely for informational and facilitative purposes and shall not be interpreted as legally binding guarantees, commitments, or assurances unless explicitly documented in a formal written agreement issued by the authorized employer or entity, and any timelines, processing durations, or expected outcomes communicated during the course of engagement are indicative in nature and may vary significantly based on external dependencies such as employer requirements, document verification processes, governmental procedures, or logistical constraints, and we shall not be held responsible for any deviation from such timelines, and the user further agrees that participation in any recruitment process facilitated by us does not create any employer-employee relationship, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between the user and our organization, and all such relationships, if any, shall exist solely between the user and the respective hiring entity, and the user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our organization, its directors, employees, representatives, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the user’s actions, omissions, breach of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or regulation, and it is further agreed that if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, and these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and our organization with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, and no waiver of any provision shall be deemed a continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing, and any failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
The user further understands and agrees that digital interactions, including submission of forms, sharing of personal data, communication via messaging platforms such as WhatsApp or email, and participation in online or offline recruitment activities, may involve the collection, processing, and storage of personal information, and by engaging with our services, the user consents to such data usage for operational purposes including but not limited to job matching, documentation processing, communication, and coordination with partner entities, and while we take reasonable measures to protect user data, we do not guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, breaches, or cyber threats, and the user acknowledges and accepts such inherent risks associated with digital platforms, and agrees that we shall not be held liable for any data-related incident beyond our reasonable control, and it is further clarified that the user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own information and for ensuring that any data shared is accurate, lawful, and authorized, and any misuse of another individual’s data or submission of unauthorized information shall be solely the responsibility of the user.
In continuation, the user agrees that all content, materials, designs, and information provided through our platform are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent, and any unauthorized use may result in legal action, and the user further acknowledges that the success of any recruitment or employment process depends on multiple external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to employer requirements, candidate qualifications, market demand, regulatory approvals, and economic conditions, and therefore no assurance of success shall be implied at any stage, and by continuing to engage with our services, the user confirms their acceptance of all risks, responsibilities, and limitations as described herein, and agrees to proceed at their own discretion and accountability.
By accessing or continuing to use our services, the user hereby confirms, declares, and agrees that they have fully understood the nature of our operations, including the fact that we function exclusively as a partner-based facilitation entity with no direct governmental linkage or authority, and that any misunderstanding, assumption, or misinterpretation to the contrary shall not create any liability on our part, and the user waives any right to claim otherwise in the future, and this acknowledgment shall remain binding at all times.
